MULTIPLE ACCESSORIES: Includes a double cup filter basket and a 51 mm espresso puck screen, which prevents coffee grounds from sticking to the brewing head.
HIGH QUALITY: Made with food-grade stainless steel, the portafilter head is polished manually and has a precise size for a secure engagement in the group. The handle is crafted from natural solid wood, providing a solid and ergonomic grip.
EXTRACTION IMPROVEMENT: Using the bottomless portafilter allows for a more visual extraction process, aiding in identifying and solving extraction issues.
USEFUL TIPS: It is recommended to use fresh coffee beans or ground coffee, adjusting the grinder setting to a finer level if needed. Use 14 g (0.49 oz) of ground coffee for a double espresso and utilize the WDT tool to break up clumps and reduce channeling. Evenly tamp the ground coffee and ensure the PUCK SCREEN is in place. Note that perfect shots may require several attempts with a bottomless portafilter.
